Our impartiality commitments
- We do not verify data, plans or reports that Save Urja itself prepared
- Every engagement passes a documented conflict-of-interest check before acceptance
- Verification opinions require sign-off by a technical reviewer not involved in the engagement
- Fees are never contingent on the outcome of a verification
- Team members declare personal conflicts and are recused where any exist
- Impartiality risks are reviewed periodically by management
Email grievance channel
Raise a concern or grievance
Clients, stakeholders and members of the public can raise concerns about verification work, impartiality or conduct. This form prepares a message for the visitor to send through their own email application.
Do not include confidential client files, identity documents or unnecessary personal data. Save Urja will confirm a controlled channel if supporting evidence is needed.
